Our Gi class teaches you how to use grips, collars, sleeves, and pants to control and submit your opponent. Learn the art of timing, pressure, and precision through positional training, transitions, and submissions that translate to both self-defense and sport.
All levels welcome.
A class built specifically for teens — fast-paced, technical, and focused. Students will learn takedowns, positional control, submissions, and escapes in both Gi and No-Gi formats. We emphasize discipline, self-awareness, and confidence, while creating a supportive and challenging environment.
Beginners and experienced teens welcome. White gi for gi days. Rash guard and shorts for no-gi.

Learn the art of striking with Coach Dave, a seasoned Muay Thai instructor and active competitor. This class covers fundamental techniques like punches, kicks, elbows, knees, clinch work, footwork, and combinations — all rooted in authentic Thai style. Dave’s approach blends technical instruction with high-energy drills and live application, making it perfect for beginners and advanced students alike.
Whether you're training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, this class will sharpen your striking and build real confidence.
All levels welcome. Gloves and shin guards recommended.
This class focuses on grappling without the gi, emphasizing body control, movement, and submissions suited for real-world scenarios and competition. You'll learn takedowns, positional control, escapes, and submissions built on timing, leverage, and strategy. The pace is athletic, the grips are different, and the scrambles are real.
Open to all levels. Rash guard and shorts/spats required.

🕕 No-Gi Takedowns (Wednesdays at 6:00 PM)
Led by world-class competitor Andrew Jacobs — a Judo Black Belt, former USA World Championship Team member, and MMA fighter — this class focuses on high-level No-Gi takedowns for BJJ and MMA. You’ll work on wrestling entries, clinch control, trips, and transitions to dominant positions. No Gi? No problem. Andrew’s experience ensures the techniques are sharp, practical, and effective.

This is where everything comes together. In Live Training, you’ll put the techniques you’ve learned into practice with controlled, competitive rolling. Expect rounds with a focus on energy efficiency, strategy, and composure. Come to sharpen your timing, test your game, and build pressure calmly.
Recommended for students who have attended technique classes.
This workshop is designed for students who want to go deeper into their Jiu Jitsu. We break down techniques, answer questions, troubleshoot positions, and give you time to sharpen the details of your game. Whether you're stuck on a sweep, want to perfect a transition, or just need more reps, this is your time.
