Our Young Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is designed to empower teens and young adults with the skills, confidence, and discipline to thrive on and off the mats. With both Gi and No-Gi classes, students will learn a well-rounded approach to self-defense, grappling techniques, and strategic thinking. Whether you’re looking to build strength, develop focus, or compete at a higher level, our supportive and challenging environment fosters growth at every step. Kids/Teenagers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 6+)

This class introduces kids ages 6+ to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Students will build confidence, discipline, and focus while learning practical self-defense skills and the foundations of Jiu Jitsu. Classes include warm-ups, technical drills, partner training, and games designed to develop coordination and teamwork.
No experience is necessary — beginners are always welcome!

Our Gi class teaches you how to use grips, collars, sleeves, and pants to control and submit your opponent. Learn the art of timing, pressure, and precision through positional training, transitions, and submissions that translate to both self-defense and sport.

This is where everything comes together. In Live Training, you’ll put the techniques you’ve learned into practice with controlled, competitive rolling. Expect rounds with a focus on energy efficiency, strategy, and composure. Come to sharpen your timing, test your game, and build pressure calmly.

This workshop is designed for students who want to go deeper into their Jiu Jitsu. We break down techniques, answer questions, troubleshoot positions, and give you time to sharpen the details of your game. Whether you're stuck on a sweep, want to perfect a transition, or just need more reps, this is your time.
