Program Description
Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class (ages 6+) introduces young students to the fundamentals of Gi training in a fun, structured, and safe environment. Through engaging drills and guided instruction, kids learn how to move, control their bodies, and work with partners while building confidence and discipline. Every class is designed to keep them active, focused, and improving—on and off the mats.
Learn the basics of Gi grips, positions, and movements in a clear, step-by-step format.
Build self-confidence while learning to stay calm and pay attention under pressure.
Develop good habits, teamwork, and respect for instructors and training partners.

This class introduces kids ages 6+ to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Students will build confidence, discipline, and focus while learning practical self-defense skills and the foundations of Jiu Jitsu. Classes include warm-ups, technical drills, partner training, and games designed to develop coordination and teamwork.
No experience is necessary — beginners are always welcome!

This is where everything comes together. In Live Training, you’ll put the techniques you’ve learned into practice with controlled, competitive rolling. Expect rounds with a focus on energy efficiency, strategy, and composure. Come to sharpen your timing, test your game, and build pressure calmly.
