This class introduces kids ages 6+ to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Students will build confidence, discipline, and focus while learning practical self-defense skills and the foundations of Jiu Jitsu. Classes include warm-ups, technical drills, partner training, and games designed to develop coordination and teamwork.
No experience is necessary — beginners are always welcome!

No-Gi Positional Training
This class focuses on developing real skill through live situational training. Students start from specific positions — such as guard, side control, mount, back control, leg entanglements, or takedown scenarios — and work through controlled rounds designed to sharpen timing, escapes, control, submissions, and transitions under pressure.
The goal is to build confidence, awareness, and efficiency by isolating key areas of No-Gi grappling and repeating them against resisting partners in a safe and technical environment.
Open to all levels.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu with Colin
Train No-Gi Jiu Jitsu with Coach Colin Fullerton, focusing on modern grappling, control, submissions, scrambles, and positional awareness in a fast-paced and technical environment. Classes cover takedowns, guard passing, escapes, leg entanglements, and live training designed to improve timing, movement, and pressure without relying on the gi.
Open to all experience levels.

🥊 MMA Fundamentals
This class focuses on the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe, technical, and controlled environment. Students will learn how to blend striking, grappling, takedowns, wall work, and submissions into a complete MMA system while building timing, coordination, conditioning, and control under pressure.
Classes include striking fundamentals, pad work, footwork, defensive movement, takedowns, positional awareness, and controlled sparring when appropriate.
Open to all experience levels. MMA gloves/boxing gloves, shin guards, and a mouth guard are recommended.

This is where everything comes together. In Live Training, you’ll put the techniques you’ve learned into practice with controlled, competitive rolling. Expect rounds with a focus on energy efficiency, strategy, and composure. Come to sharpen your timing, test your game, and build pressure calmly.
